Megan Bang

Megan Bang (Ojibwe and Italian descent) is a professor of learning sciences and psychology at Northwestern University. Bang studies dynamics of culture, learning, and identity in science education in formal and informal environments. Her work emphasizes reasoning and decision-making about complex socio-ecological systems in ways that intersect with culture, power and historicity. Her current project focus is on field-based science education from pre-K to 12th grade.
