Keith and “Countdown” contributor Matt Taibbi of Rolling Stone discuss how Montana’s decision to uphold a century-old statewide ban on corporate political contributions may force the U.S. Supreme Court to revisit its 2010 Citizens United decision. Taibbi observes that overturning the ruling may not be enough to reform campaign finance. He also acknowledges the pervasive nature of the problem: “The one issue that everybody can agree upon — not only in Occupy Wall Street but also on the other side of the aisle, among the Ron Paul people, among some of the tea party people — is this problem of money and politics.”
