Karen Hinton

Karen Hinton is a communications consultant and has worked on behalf of the Ecuadorians since 2008. Hinton was paid from 2008 to 2013 and has worked pro bono since. She is a former press secretary for New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio and for New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, when he was HUD secretary during the Clinton administration.
