Hugo Goeury

Hugo Goeury is a Ph.D. student in sociology at the Graduate Center at City University of New York. Originally from Belgium, Goeury obtained a Master’s degree in Latin American Politics from University College London in 2015. Goeury also lived in Buenos Aires for about a year, working in the research department of the Centro de Estudios Legales y Sociales, a human rights organization.
