David Yao

David Yao is vice president of the Greater Seattle Area Local, APWU, and a member of the Labor Notes Policy Committee. He will chair a workshop on “Beating Divide and Conquer,” and speak in another on “Saving the People’s Postal Service,” at the 2014 Labor Notes Conference. He was part of an effort in the 1990s called Workers for One Postal Union.
