Victoria Koski-Karell

Victoria Koski-Karell is a Mexican-American queer, nonbinary, dual-degree graduate student at the University of Michigan, where they are completing a master’s and doctorate in sociocultural anthropology. Since first traveling to Haiti in 2008, they have continued to engage in solidarity efforts and ethnographic research based in the North, Center and Artibonite regions. After graduating in 2023, they will pursue residency training in emergency medicine.
