Tamara R. Piety

Tamara R. Piety is the Phyllis Hurley Frey Professor of Law at the University of Tulsa College of Law, a senior research scholar at Law Yale Law School and a visiting fellow at Yale Law School’s Information Society Project. She is the author of Brandishing the First Amendment by University of Michigan Press and a member of the legal advisory committee of Free Speech for People.
