Nigel Gibson

Nigel Gibson teaches at Emerson College. The scholar-activist has written books and articles in philosophy, political theory and contemporary politics with a focus on the thought of Frantz Fanon. He has been engaged in a variety of political movements across the globe, but especially in what has become known as the Global South. He is currently authoring, with Lewis Gordon, a book tentatively entitled ‘Forewords and Afterwords,’ which focuses on the many ways in which Fanon’s thought is introduced and misintroduced in the English-speaking world.
