Meritxell has reported on international affairs, politics, energy issues and the arts from the US, Spain and Switzerland for the past 10 years. Her work has appeared in El Mundo, The Global Post, The New York Sun, Europa Press, AVUI, VJMovement.com, El Diario/La Prensa, Time Out and The Village Voice. Primarily working in print, Meritxell also reports for broadcast and digital media. Originally from Barcelona, Meritxell holds a masters from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism and speaks English, Spanish and German.
