Emily Horton

Emily Horton joined the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities in June 2016 as a Federal Fiscal Policy Research Assistant. Prior to joining the Center, Emily interned with the Food and Drug Administration’s Office of Medical Policy, focusing on programs supporting drug development for unmet medical needs, and she worked at the US Department of Agriculture. She holds a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Bioengineering from the University of Maryland.
