Claire Hutkins Seda

As Migrant Clinicians Network’s Staff Writer and Editor, Claire Hutkins Seda researches and writes for MCN’s numerous communications. Since joining MCN in 2014, Ms. Seda has been providing MCN’s staff with editing and writing feedback from the California office. Since 2007, Ms. Seda has written and edited for a variety of publications, both in-print and online. Her writing has focused on the environment, social justice, parenting, and healthy living. She has previously worked for non-profits focused on: land conservation, nature education, and research; fair trade certification and labeling; and the prevention and cleanup of groundwater contamination. She holds a BA in Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
