Brynne O’Neal

Brynne O’Neal is a research and program associate at the Brennan Center for Justice.

O’Neal joined the Brennan Center in October 2014 as a research and program associate in the Liberty and National Security Program. She focuses on surveillance oversight bodies, privacy doctrines and secret laws. Prior to joining the Center, she completed a new sector alliance residency in social enterprise where she researched the breadth and quality of youth mentoring services available in Illinois. She also worked as a resource development associate for Spark Ventures, a nonprofit with international partnerships that provide children in poverty with nutrition, education and health care.
