Timothy French

Timothy French is a nonbinary community organizer, visual artist, drag performer, and Master of Public Administration graduate based in the South Bronx, New York City. They have been a regular beachgoer at Jacob Riis Beach since 2013 and have maintained the Plastics In The City public art installation at the beach since 2014, which was featured in the New York Times. They are a member of the Jacob Riis Beach Preservation Project.
