Tim Tolka

Tim Tolka is a co-founder of Tolka & Co., and the author of a forthcoming book, Blue Mafia: Police Brutality and Consent Decrees in Ohio. He received his bachelor’s in humanities from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his master’s in international affairs from American University’s School of International Service.
