Sophia Lumsdaine

Sophia Lumsdaine is a first-year college student majoring in History and Political Science with double minors in Journalism and Spanish at George Fox University. After college she intends to pursue civic, investigative, and environmental journalism vocationally. Sophia researched and wrote her first work of investigative journalism — a piece about farmworkers in Skagit Valley, Washington — in 2022-2023 during her senior year of high school.
