Shirley Lung

Shirley Lung is a professor at City University of New York School of Law, where she teaches and writes about the conditions faced by low-wage workers, the intersection between immigration and labor laws, and the lack of protections for workers from mandatory long hours. She has participated in the work of several independent workers’ centers in New York that address the working conditions of home care, garment, restaurant and construction workers.
