Phyllis Taoua

Phyllis Taoua is a professor at the University of Arizona and a public voices fellow with The OpEd Project. Her scholarship deals with French imperialism and African liberation movements. She has recently completed a book entitled, African Freedom. Their Voices, Our World and the Difference it Makes. She earned her Ph.D. at Harvard University in 1996.
