Mike Rivage-Seul

Mike Rivage-Seul is an emeritus Professor of Peace and Social Justice Studies at Berea College in Kentucky, where he taught for 40 years. He is a former Roman Catholic priest, an activist, and a liberation theologian who has worked in Brazil, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Cuba, Mexico, India and South Africa. Among his books are The Emperor’s God (Institute for Economic Democracy Press) and A Kinder and Gentler Tyranny: Illusions of a New World Order (Praeger Publishers) which he co-authored with his spouse, Dr. Marguerite Rivage-Seul.
