Joseph Nevins

Joseph Nevins teaches geography at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York. With co-author Suren Moodliar, he is currently writing A People’s Guide to Greatern Boston. His previous books include Dying to Live: A Story of US Immigration in an Age of Global Apartheid (City Lights Books, 2008), Operation Gatekeeper and Beyond: The War on ‘Illegals’ and Remaking of the US-Mexico Boundary (Routledge, 2010).
