James Reveley

James Reveley is associate professor of management at the University of Wollongong (NSW, Australia). Originally from New Zealand, he undertook his PhD at the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand. His research interests broadly center on the changing nature of work and organization in new forms of capitalism, including the cognitive variety. He is the author of 20 refereed articles published in leading international management and organization studies journals including Human Relations, Organization, Journal of Management Studies, and Business History. His work also includes a 2003 research monograph, an edited book (published in 2008), and numerous chapters, conference papers and presentations. He is currently the secretary of the economic history society of Australia and New Zealand, and associate head of school in the University of Wollongong’s Faculty of Commerce.
