Ja’Loni Owens

Ja’Loni Owens, J.D., is a queer Black reproductive justice organizer of both Puerto Rican and Black American descent. Ja’Loni currently serves as reparations coordinator at Law for Black Lives, a national Black-led movement lawyering organization.
