Ilma Hasan

Ilma Hasan joined the Center for Responsive Politics in January 2020. She graduated from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism in 2019 and has worked at Newsweek and CNN since then. Born and raised in New Delhi, she was a television and web correspondent for the India Today Group covering politics, crime and health out of the capital before moving to New York City.
