Ilich Silva-Peña

Ilich Silva-Peña is an elementary teacher and doctor in sciences of education. Ilich currently serves as a researcher in the Departamento de Educación, Universidad de Los Lagos, Chile, and IESED-Chile (Instituto Interuniversitario de Investigación Educativa).
