Darío Aranda

Darío Aranda is an Argentine journalist specialized in socio-environmental conflicts and indigenous peoples’ struggles, and has been reporting from the territories for over a decade. He writes for Página/12, LaVaca magazine, and other independent news outlets. His latest book, Tierra Arrasada: Petróleo, soja, pasteras y megaminería: Radiografía de la Argentina del Siglo XXI (Sudamericana, 2015), is an exhaustive cronicle of extractivism all over the country.
