Carl Lipscombe

Carl Lipscombe is the policy and legal manager at the Black Alliance for Just Immigration (BAJI), a national nonprofit organization that advocates on behalf of immigrants from Africa, the Caribbean and Afro-Latino countries. Before starting at BAJI, Carl worked as a public defender at the Bronx Defenders and as a campaigner and policy consultant for various state and national nonprofit organizations.
