Caleb Rossiter

Caleb Stewart Rossiter is the director of the American Exceptionalism Media Project and an associate fellow at the Institute for Policy Studies. A former congressional staffer and director of Demilitarization for Democracy, he is the author of The Turkey and the Eagle: The Struggle for America’s Global Role, Algora Publishing, New York, 2010. The Code of Conduct movement is discussed in detail in Chapter 6 of that book.
