Clare Bayard

Clare Bayard is a grassroots organizer on issues of war, racism and empire with Catalyst Project and the War Resisters League, and a member of the War Times/Tiempo de Guerras writers’ collective. Bayard has been actively involved in demilitarization work on local and international levels for 15 years, taking lessons and inspiration from peoples’ movements for democracy and justice worldwide.
