Siku Allooloo

Siku Allooloo is an Inuk/Haitian/Taíno artist and community builder from Denendeh (Northwest Territories), Canada. She is an avid leader in Indigenous resurgence and decolonization, working across the arts, advocacy, and cultural land-based education. Siku’s writing and multidisciplinary work have been featured in The Guardian, Chatelaine, Canadian Art, The Capilano Review, The Malahat Review, and Truthout. Her artwork is currently on display as part of INUA, the inaugural exhibition at Qaumajuq (Winnipeg Art Gallery) — one of the biggest exhibition spaces for Indigenous art in the world.
