Ejeris Dixon

Ejeris Dixon (they/she) is an organizer and political strategist with over 20 years of experience working in racial justice, LGBTQ, anti-violence, and economic justice movements. They are the Executive Director of Vision Change Win Consulting where they partner with organizations to build their capacity and deepen the impact of their organizing strategies. Ejeris also serves as the Principal for Ejerie Labs where they offer political education and movement strategy support around fighting fascism and building abolitionist futures. Ejeris is a co-editor of Beyond Survival: Stories and Strategies of the Transformative Justice movement with Leah Lakshmi Piepzna-Samarasinha, which became a finalist for the Lambda Literary award in LGBTQ Anthology. Ejeris’s writing, analysis, and advocacy have been featured in Truthout, Rolling Stone, The Forge, Huffington Post, SPIN Magazine, The New York Times, The New Yorker, NBC, CNN, Ms. Magazine and The Nation. Ejeris is a karaoke diva, loves cooking complicated meals, and has lived in New York City for the past twenty years.
